We continue from part 1 with episodes 4-7 of K-ON!
Episode 4:
オーシャン [ocean]. An appropriate t-shirt for Yui to wear for the Light Music Club’s first training camp/seaside trip.
Episode 5:
All school scenes, no t-shirts 😦
Episode 6:
School festival episode. Still no t-shirts 😦
Episode 7:
おやつ [snack] – has a childish ring to it, which fits well in this flashback scene.
おやすみ [good night/sweet dreams]
ミルクガール [milk girl]. The word literally says milk girl, but I can’t say I know for sure what this actually means…
ポリスマン [policeman]
いなかの米 [country rice]. Yes, this does actually say country rice, and I would love to know why. It appears that some fans have figured this out, but my Japanese isn’t quite there yet.
And that’s all for part 2. See you again for part 3!
