In K-ON!, Yui wears a number of different t-shirts with Japanese katakana writing on (it seems to be her thing). For those who are curious to know what they mean:
Episode 1:
Episode 2:
The characters are even mirrored in the mirror in this shot.
Episode 3:
ロマンス [romance] makes a reappearance in Ritsu’s imagination (although how Ritsu would have known about this t-shirt is a bit of a mystery).
Has a similar design to [romance].
Yui is finding it hard to concentrate on her studies.
And that’s all for part 1! Continue to part 2…
Bonus:
姉 (older sister)
妹 (younger sister)
